Tuffy family

Tuffy is a GPL font family which is downloadable from the net. We thank Thatcher Ulrich. Unfortunately it\'s not ready to use. I corrected the fonts so that anybody might use them in their publications.

-- The cuberoot, fourthroot, gradient, foursuperior, centigrade are added.
-- The Tuffy symbol (tuffy) is moved to the place of cherry: U+E211.
-- The solid Tuffy (tuffysolid) is created in the place of ice cream: U+E212.
-- Auto hinting.
-- The line-like marks (minus, hyphen, a. s. o.) got standardization, are made up (General Punctuation): hyphentwo, hyphennobreak, figuredash, endash, emdash, horizontalbar, underscore. Plus: plus, multiply, hyphen, softhyphen and logicalnot.
-- Missing glyphs are created.

No kerning are made in current version. The "typo size" of TuffyInfant and TuffyScript remained old. The glyphs are smaller appr. 87% than the rest of the fonts.

Version 1.21: New font is added. Some glyphs are corrected.

Version 1.2 is ready to use.
